The Life That Cakes Built,  is based on my life story..... after 12 years of a corporate banking career, driving a speedy sports car, owning my own home I found myself surviving through 5 years of a failing marriage, divorced, homeless,  jobless, car less, and a single Mum of my two children aged 2 & 4.

BUT inspired to change my life so my 2 beautiful young children were not surrounded by my toxic marriage and not effected by our sudden change of life, 'The Life That Cakes Built' began.

My first business 'Cakes By Sonya' emerged, as I ploughed my way through the Wedding Industry, becoming a supplier to wholesale bakeries & farmshops and popped up at a variety of markets with my cake stall.

​

20 years later, I have set up multiple small businesses, found new relationships and discovered the amazing results I've achieved using creative journalling to help plan my future goals and find myself again.

​

  I  believe will all have a power within us of creativity and personal growth,  that once unleasehed can drive you to the successes in life you dream off.
